Communicating schedules to lecturers has never been easier. With Wise Timetable, you can send timetables directly via email from the administration interface—simply select the lecturers and write your message.

Each lecturer receives an email with their personal timetable attached in the chosen format (PDF or Excel), along with an iCalendar file ready to import into their private calendar.

Emails can be sent using the Wise Timetable cloud mail service or through your own institutional email account. To ensure smooth delivery, the system automatically handles anti-spam policies by distributing messages in the background over time, preventing restrictions from providers such as Gmail.
